Exterior prep work may include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cleaning, repairing, or replacing siding.<\/li>\n<li>Adding attractive-looking plants to porch containers and window boxes<\/li>\n<li>Adding outdoor and garden lighting.<\/li>\n<li>Cleaning gutters and downspouts.<\/li>\n<li>Replacing missing roof shingles.<\/li>\n<li>Adding accent or window trim.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Entryway:<\/strong> Your front door is a major focal point of your home and is one of the first things a buyer will notice. Remember to make it about the house, not about you or your family.
